PUBLIC RELATIONS
National Press Campaigns
- Two months minimum agreement.
- Create project biography and press releases as needed.
- Assist with organizing photo shoots as needed, and selection of art to be sent to media.
- Create press kit to send to media.
- Discuss target media outlets with client, outlining client's interests, hobbies and personal goals.
- Service relevant product / information to media outlets.
- Solicit and secure placement of features, interviews, product reviews, product placement in all relevant print, web and television media outlets in the United States.
- Handle regional touring and events in markets as needed - invite press to events, secure event previews and reviews.
For music clients, 2-4 months prior to album's street date on projects is strongly recommended to solicit national long-lead press.
Tour Press Campaigns
- Two months minimum agreement
- Create press kit to send to media - biography, clips and press release.
- Service relevant product / information to media outlets.
- Solicit and secure placement of previews, features and live reviews in regional print, web and television media outlets in the tour markets.
- Organize meet and greets, guest lists as needed for client.
It is strongly recommended that press kits for touring artists be sent to media outlets 3-4 weeks prior to the show date.
Special Event Press Campaigns

- One month minimum agreement.
- Create press release to announce tour and/or event.
- Service release and relevant materials to agreed upon targeted regional outlets.
- Solicit advance features, mentions, and interviews in relevant market(s).
- Invite key press to relevant event(s) and maintenance of media guest lists.
- Handle day of event media requests and on-site assistance at event(s) as needed.

WEB MARKETING
Web Marketing and Promotions

- Two months minimum agreement.
- Create project biography and press releases as needed.
- Identify key websites and third party companies based on project goals.
- Solicit product placement on targeted websites, via marketing, promotions or editorial contacts
- Set up third party promotions with other sites or brick and mortar companies to further client's exposure.
- Organize client web chats and preparation for such events, via seeding of fan sites and chat rooms.
- Email "blasts" with client's mailing list to announce events, chats, contests and other important information.
- Work with client to outsource for flash cards and other medium to be sent to fans.
- Handle any touring or events by inviting relevant media and securing advance and review coverage.
